Business Resource Committee

The objective of the Business Resource Committee is to link business and education leading to future sustainable, educational excellence and increased skilled workforce availability. The goal is to improve and enhance students in secondary education work ready skills.

In 2019, the Business Resource Committee reestablished Leadership Yuba-Sutter, formerly known as LEAD Yuba Sutter. The program is sponsored by Sutter Health.

Leadership Yuba-Sutter's mission is to develop a diverse network of community leaders who, individually and collectively, serve as catalysts for advancing long-term views and action on issues critical to the quality of life in the Yuba-Sutter area.
The program will introduce existing and future leaders to the vast resources of our community and will cover an in-depth view of community issues. Leadership Yuba-Sutter will provide an opportunity to meet and discuss issues with key community leaders, and develop leadership skills to help participants assume leadership roles and civic engagement within the community.
