Yuba-Sutter Regional Arts Council is the designated state-local partner of the California Arts Council, representing Sutter and Yuba Counties. They are the only organization working with all arts organizations and artists in this region. Among their programs are: arts education in the schools, Art in Public Places, newsletters, advocacy for the arts, collaboration and technical assistance for artists, organizations and businesses, website as a resource for arts, Borgamaria Lyric Opera, and VSA arts festival.
