Government and business keeping California Competitive! Every Chamber member, with their membership, is enrolled as a member of the local Yuba-Sutter-Colusa Employer Advisory Council (EAC). In partnership with the local Employment Development Department (EDD), the EAC assists employers by advocating local workforce development and training efforts, supporting veterans' stand downs and providing scholarships to local youth.
