Growth has proceeded rapidly over the past few years in and towards both Yuba and Sutter Counties as more and more road between the area and Sacramento becomes four-lane, thus shortening commute times. As the cost of living remains significantly lower in Yuba-Sutter than in Sacramento and we enjoy a rural location, many people find it more desirable to live in Yuba-Sutter and commute to jobs in Sacramento, Roseville and Rocklin.
