The mission of the Government Affairs Committee (GAC) is to "Establish necessary relationships with city, county, federal and state elected officials to support or oppose issues impacting the Yuba-Sutter business community."  The Government Affairs Committee (GAC) is truly the "voice of business" in Yuba-Sutter. Should the Chamber of Commerce be asked how government action will affect the business community, this is the committee that speaks. It is second only to the Board of Directors in authority.
