Presented by the Yuba Community College District, Small Business Development Center.  Series of 14 workshops (Tuesdays, 6-9 pm, 9/11/07 - 12/11/07) for current or prospective small business owners and other individuals interested in learning more about starting or operating a business.  The workshops cover topics such as Marketing, Cash Flow, Taxes, Record Keeping, Accounting, Product/Service Pricing, Revenue/Expense Forecasting and Completing a Loan Application.  Graduates from this course are eligible to apply for a micro-enterprise business loan valued up to $25,000.  Space is limited, so register early for this training program.  The $125 per person fee includes textbook and all handouts.  Each course can also be taken separately for $30 each.  Check out the website for individual course descriptions.
