Sutter County candidates forum broadcast (6:00PM - 9:30PM)
Sutter County Supervisor candidates will be interviewed by representatives from KUBA Radio and the Appeal-Democrat, broadcast on Comcast Channel 19 and simulcast on AM 1600 and FM 95.5 KUBA. Disctrict 1 at 6 pm, District 4 at 7:15 pm and District 5 at 8:15 pm. Forums presented as a public service by KUBA, Comcast, the Appeal-Democrat and the Yuba-Sutter Chamber of Commerce.

Boss of the Moss, LEAD Y^S Fundraiser (5:30PM)
LEAD Yuba^Sutter, the Chamber's leadership training program, holds its rollicking Putt Putt Golf fundraiser. Every not-so-challenging hole has great prizes donated by businesses and individuals throughout our community waiting to be won! ! $30 per player, $50 per couple. Food, spirits, and lots of laughter. Proceeds go to offset costs of the LEAD program, in the form of scholarships to participants.

Workforce Development Awards Winners Reception (7:00PM)
The Chamber will award more than $20,000 to high school seniors and adults alike who have chosen to increase their skills in the workplace and need tuition assistance. Recognizing that a skilled workforce is crucial to a thriving business community, the Chamber has tremendously expanded this program over the past few years to include awards in industry specific categories including Automotive, Construction, Journalism, Visual & Performing Arts, Business, Education, and Human Services.
