This form must be completed and submitted to the Government Affairs leadership committee as the first step in the process of the Chamber determining whether it will take a position of support, opposition, neutrality, or no position at all on an issue at the request of a member. The Government Affairs Committee (GAC) may  then decide what level of involvement it will take.
